2010 Marketing Campaign - I AM Coldwell Banker

At this week’s office meetings, our branch managers shared a video that was created to outline our companies strategy to increase listing market share. The video contains two areas of focus, an external branding campaign and our latest commitment to reaching out to the local communities that we serve to make a difference.

The video is approximately 16 minutes long in its entirety. It includes a video that was created by the Cincinnati Reds announcing our new partnership with the Reds, another video that was created by the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens announcing that Coldwell Banker West Shell will be the corporate sponsor of the very popular Zoo Babies, and finally, we announced our external branding campaign that includes one of our new television commercials titled, “I AM COLDWELL BANKER WEST SHELL.”

There are a lot of opportunities around this campaign for all of us to grow our business. Please attend your office meetings so we can all share with each other the ways that everyone is leveraging the campaign to grow their business.
